In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights, and other applicable Spanish data protection legislation, we inform you that your personal data will be included in the Data Protection System of the Real Madrid Foundation. The processing of your data is intended to manage your participation in the Real Madrid Foundation Campus Experience programs in which you register, including payment processing, management of complementary activities, and the insurance coverage associated with the activity.
During the registration process, you may give your consent for the processing and transfer of data, including images and/or voice identifying you. In cases involving the capture and processing of image and/or voice, in accordance with Organic Law 1/1982 of May on Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy, and Self-Image, you or your legal representative must provide express consent by checking the relevant box. Minors capable of doing so may consent themselves, as established by civil law; otherwise, consent must be given in writing by their legal representative, who must first inform the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the intended consent. Refusal to authorize recording or processing of image or voice data will automatically preclude participation in any recordings or photography sessions organized by the Real Madrid Foundation.
Data will be retained for as long as consent remains valid or as required by applicable legal obligations arising from the processing for which consent was granted.
The lawful basis for processing your data is the voluntary consent of the user and/or their legal representative through registration in the Real Madrid Foundation Campus Experience programs.
Your data will only be used for the purposes outlined above, in accordance with principles of transparency and purpose limitation.
The Real Madrid Foundation may transfer the data to REAL MADRID CLUB DE FÚTBOL to identify and verify the validity and status of your registration as a Madridista or your status as a Club Employee in order to offer the benefits associated with being a Madridista or Employee in the activity for which you are registering. Likewise, the data may be communicated to Sanitas (more information in the policy and general conditions) and to other insurance companies, if any, in order to include you in the insurance for the activity (exclusive during the campus you are attending), as well as to all those external entities that are necessary for the proper development of the Real Madrid Foundation Campus Experience and other entities for the control of access to the facilities, residence, swimming pool, etc. For the production of audiovisual content for the Real Madrid Foundation, in some cases there may be Data Processors who participate in the design or production of content for the Real Madrid Foundation and whose legitimacy in the processing is based on consent for the processing of personal data, including image and/or voice. Data may also be transferred to the Tax Authorities and other institutions in order to comply with current tax and legal regulations and when required by law.
During registration, you may authorize the processing and transfer of your personal data.
In accordance with data protection regulations, you may revoke at any time the authorization granted for the processing and transfer of your personal data, as well as exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection, restriction, erasure, portability, and the right not to be subject to automated decisions by contacting the Real Madrid Foundation in writing at Avda. de las Fuerzas Armadas 402, 28055 Madrid (Spain), by email at cumplimiento.fundacion@corp.realmadrid.com, or via the Data Protection Officer: Persevera, S.L.U. (mdp.dpo@perseveragrupo.com).
You are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
The personal data processed by the REAL MADRID FOUNDATION come from the data subject and/or their legal representatives.
