Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy – Campus Experience Real Madrid Foundation 2026

1. General

1.1 This policy applies to all registrations for the Campus Experience Fundación Real Madrid 2026 (the “Campus” or the “Program”), whether made directly or through authorized agents/partners.

1.2 All cancellations and date-change requests must be submitted in writing through the official contact channels indicated by the organization.

1.3 The applicable conditions depend on:

     (a)  the timing of the cancellation request; and

     (b) whether or not the participant has purchased the Campus Protection Plan (“CPP”).


2. Cancellations more than 60 days before the start of the Campus

2.1 Without CPP

If the participant has not purchased CPP and cancels more than sixty (60) days before the start date of the Campus:

     (a) 75% of the amounts paid will be refunded; or

2.2 With CPP

If the participant has purchased CPP and cancels more than sixty (60) days before the start date of the Campus:

     (a) 80% of the amounts paid will be refunded; or

2.3 Extra products and services are 100% refundable (except for the CPP)


3. Cancellations between 60 and 30 days before the start of the Campus

3.1 Without CPP

If the participant has not purchased CPP and cancels between sixty (60) and thirty (30) days before the start date of the Campus:

     (a) no refund will be made;

3.2 With CPP

If the participant has purchased CPP and cancels between sixty (60) and thirty (30) days before the start date of the Campus:

     (a) 75% of the amounts paid will be refunded; or

3.3 Extra products and services are 100% refundable (except for the CPP)


4. Cancellations less than 30 days before the start of the Campus

4.1 Without CPP

If the participant has not purchased CPP and cancels less than thirty (30) days before the start date of the Campus:

     (a) no refund will be made;

4.2 With CPP

If the participant has purchased CPP and cancels less than thirty (30) days before the start date of the Campus:

     (a) no refund will be made;

4.3 Extra products and services are non – refundable


5. Cancellations after the Campus has started / early departure / expulsion

5.1 Once the Campus has started, no refunds or date changes will be granted in case of cancellation of attendance, early departure or expulsion, regardless of the reason, except in the exceptional circumstances described in clause 6 below.

5.2 In the event of voluntary withdrawal by the participant or disciplinary expulsion for breach of the rules of conduct or internal regulations, no refund or economic compensation will be made for unused days.


6. Special and exceptional cases

6.1 In duly justified exceptional circumstances (for example, serious illness or accident of the participant, serious family incidents or other force majeure events), the organisation may analyse each case individually.

6.2 In such cases, the participant or his/her legal guardians must submit the corresponding supporting documentation (medical certificates, official documents, etc.) within the time limits and via the channels indicated by the organisation.

6.3 Any decision to grant a full or partial refund, credit or date change in these exceptional cases shall be at the sole discretion of the organisation (RMF/ST) and shall not create any precedent or general right for other participants.


7. Changes in confirmed registrations

7.1 Changes must be requested at least 60 calendar days in advance and are subject to availability.

7.2 If the change is to a program of lower cost, the price difference will not be refunded.
