We have several additional services at the Real Madrid Foundation Campus Experience, which will make your child’s stay at our camp an experience they will never forget.

Payment methods

Payment must be made by Visa or Mastercard credit card (American Express is not accepted).

• Single payment: 100% of the campus fee will be paid at the time of registration. 

In case of registration before January 31st, 2023, you will benefit from the following discounts: 3% additional discount for MAX FEM programs and 2% additional for all the remainder programs.

• Installment Payment
  • Two installments: 
    • Payment of 30% of the total amount at the time of registration for reservation fee (non-refundable).
    • Payment of the remaining 70% before May 31st, 2023

Policy of returns:

• Cancellations of enrolment within 5 business days from the confirmed booking date will be reimbursed at 100% of the amount paid.
• Cancellations longer than 30 days before the campus start date:
  • Full Payments: 70% of amount paid reimbursed.
  • If only 30% of the total amount was paid, there won’t be any refund (place reservation non-reimbursable)
  • Voucher for use during 2024 season for campus held in Madrid.
  • A registration may be postponed only once and to the following season as long as there is notice of at least 15 calendar days before the start of the campus (except for reasons of force majeure). In case of non-attendance, the cancellation policy in force must be assumed.
  • Free of charge and unlimited change of date for campus held in Madrid during 2023.

• Cancellation with less than 30 days’ notice before campus start date:
  • Voucher for use during 2024 season for campus held in Madrid.
  • A registration may be postponed only once and to the following season as long as there is notice of at least 15 calendar days before the start of the campus (except for reasons of force majeure). In case of non-attendance, the cancellation policy in force must be assumed.
  • Free of charge and unlimited change of date for campus held in Madrid during 2023.

• Leaving during the Campus Experience: Reimbursable only if the participant has to leave due to proven force majeure, payable from the date after leaving.
  • €30 per day missed by the participant for Day Camps
  • €50 per day missed by the participant for Residential Camps and Campus Experience MAX FEM Day Camp
  • €80 per day missed by the participant for Campus Experience MAX FEM Residential Camps.

No amounts reimbursed if a participant chooses to voluntarily leave the camps.

Amounts paid for extra services cannot be reimbursed in any case.

Any reimbursements necessary will be paid at the end of Campus Experience 2023.

The operational costs arising from the reimbursed amount will be assumed directly by the holder of the bank account.

INVITATION LETTER AND VISAS

100% of the amount paid will be reimbursed if visas are refused from countries with Visa requirements, as long as a legal document can be provided as evidence of the refusal. This clause does not apply to instances when the visa application was submitted outside deadlines established by each embassy nor if the visa was refused due to misuse or fraudulent use of materials provided by Campus Experience for the purpose.

Invitation letters can only be sent to participants. No invitation letters may ever be sent in an adult’s name.

Invitation letters will be dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from the time of request. Please bear in mind that letters can only be dispatched once the necessary documents and registration fee have been duly received, correctly completed.

Campus Experience is not liable for the consequences of such action if the aforesaid necessary time period is not available. For that reason, no amounts already paid will be returned.

Changes and registration errors:

All changes or errors to a registration must be notified within 10 days prior to the programme start date; otherwise, no amounts can be returned and 100% of the amount due for the earlier programme must be paid.

The Campus attendance date must be changed if participants fail to obtain the corresponding Visa 15 days prior to the programme start date. If it is not possible to change the date and if the participant is unable to attend or can only attend part of a campus, the total campus amount will not be reimbursed and the overhead fixed costs for campus preparation incurred by the organisation will be charged. With notice of less than 7 calendar days, no change will be made either.
