For residential program participants, a bus transfer service is available from Madrid Airport (T4) to the residence at the beginning of the program, and back to the airport at the end. This service facilitates arrivals and departures for children traveling by plane, reduces logistics for families, ensures that participants are accompanied by Campus staff from landing to arrival at the residence, and guarantees the same supervision on the return journey.

Service available on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (check-in), Fridays from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m. (check-out Campus EXP INT), and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. (check-out Campus MAX INT).

To offer greater peace of mind to families, an extended cancellation or modification period for the child’s registration is available. With this plan, families can cancel or change dates within a wider timeframe than the standard one, reducing the risk in case of unforeseen circumstances (travel, health, work schedule).

This service allows for more flexible management of the registration and protects the investment made when booking the camp. It applies to all programs except the half-day program.

Frequently Asked Questions

General Information

What is Campus Experience?
Campus Experience is a summer educational program for boys and girls aged 6 to 17, organized by the Real Madrid Foundation. Its goal is to offer a unique learning experience that combines soccer practice with educational activities focused on values such as leadership, effort, self-discipline, teamwork, and respect. Through training sessions, workshops, and group activities, participants develop both their athletic and personal skills in a safe and professional environment.
Campus Experience takes place every summer in the Community of Madrid, from the second week of June to the last week of August. Sports activities are held at Ciudad Real Madrid (Valdebebas) and other municipal sports centers across the region. The venue may vary depending on the selected program.
Yes, participants may bring devices such as mobile phones or tablets; however, their use will be limited to free time or specific moments designated for communicating with their families. Campus Experience is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. It is recommended that all devices be labeled with the participant’s name.
Most international mobile phones work properly in Spain as long as they are triband and unlocked. However, it is recommended to check with your local provider regarding international roaming service conditions and any potential extra charges. Free Wi-Fi is available at the residence and main facilities.
Spain uses a voltage of 230 V and type F plugs (two round pins). If your country uses a different plug type, you will need to bring a power adapter. It is also recommended to check the compatibility of electronic device chargers before traveling.
Yes. During registration, you must provide the full name and ID of the person or people authorized to pick up the child. Our staff will verify this information at the end of each day and will not release the participant to anyone who is not authorized or who cannot present a valid ID. If you need to change the authorized person, you must notify the campus coordination team at least 24 hours in advance by email.
Yes. If the minor is authorized to leave the campus without an accompanying adult, a signed authorization from the legal guardian must be submitted in advance. This document can be requested by emailing info@campusexperiencermf.com and must be sent at least 24 hours before the participant’s departure.

Campus Experience offers different formats tailored to the age, interests, and level of independence of each participant. Every program combines sports training, educational activities, and values-based learning.

The main formats are:

  • Campus Experience Residential (with accommodation): Sunday to Friday. For boys, girls, and goalkeepers aged 9 to 17.
  • Campus Experience Full Day: Monday to Friday. For boys, girls, and goalkeepers aged 6 to 17.
  • Campus Experience Half Day: Monday to Friday, mornings only. For boys, girls, and goalkeepers aged 7 to 15.
  • Campus Experience MAX Residential (with accommodation): Sunday to Saturday. For boys, girls, and goalkeepers aged 9 to 17.
  • Campus Experience MAX Full Day: Monday to Friday. For boys, girls, and goalkeepers aged 9 to 17.
Yes. Players can register for multiple consecutive weeks.
No. Each family is responsible for booking their child’s flights. However, Campus Experience provides all the necessary information to make the trip simple and safe — including recommended schedules, meeting points, and transfer details. A few weeks before the program begins, families will receive an email with arrival and departure instructions, as well as contact information for the coordination team at the airport.

All official Campus Experience transfers are operated from and to Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD), Terminal 4.

Arrivals for residential participants must take place on Sunday between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. to use the shuttle service from the airport to the residence. During that time, a team of staff members will be present at the terminal to welcome players, assist with their luggage, and accompany them to the residence.

Residential Campus Experience participants finish on Friday at 7:00 p.m., and MAX Residential participants on Saturday at 10:00 a.m., so departures must take place after these times.

In this case, a member of the Campus Experience team will enter the terminal with official accreditation and the required documentation to meet the participant directly at the flight’s arrival gate. On the return day, the same procedure will be followed in reverse: campus staff will accompany the player to the airline counter, complete the check-in process, and hand them over to the designated airline representative.

It is essential to book the unaccompanied minor service for both the outbound and return flights and to notify Campus Experience in advance by providing the flight details and airline information.

Yes, but Campus Experience does not provide transfers outside the established days and times. In such cases, parents or guardians must arrange transportation on their own and inform the program coordination team.

Players stay in a modern, fully equipped private residence. The building has restricted access, 24-hour security, and program staff living on-site.

The facilities are located about 15–20 minutes by bus from the training fields.

Rooms can be single or double, and all include a private bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a desk, and cleaning service. Room assignments are made based on age, gender, and language to encourage positive interaction among players.

Yes. Campus Experience staff stay at the residence with the players, providing 24-hour supervision and support.

In addition, an external security team monitors entrances and common areas through cameras and on-site personnel throughout the day and night.

The approximate supervision ratio is one staff member for every ten participants, ensuring personalized attention.

The residence offers all the necessary amenities to ensure participants enjoy a safe and comfortable stay:

  • Comfortable, air-conditioned rooms
  • On-site dining hall with balanced menus
  • Recreation and TV room
  • Study and relaxation areas
  • Laundry service
  • 24-hour security and restricted public access
No. For safety reasons, players are not allowed to leave the residence unaccompanied. They may only do so with campus staff or during organized outings (training sessions, excursions, visits). Family members who wish to pick up their child must be previously authorized and present a valid ID at the entrance.
No. For security and privacy reasons, external visits are not allowed during the program. Campus Experience encourages independent living and teamwork, and visits would interfere with the educational dynamic.
Every day, players have a set time to communicate with their families, during which they can use their mobile phones or connect via Wi-Fi. In case of an emergency outside that time slot, parents can contact the campus coordination team, which is available 24/7.
Campus Experience has a medical protocol in place. If a player requires medical attention, a staff member will accompany them to the nearest healthcare center, and the family will be informed immediately.
All meals are served in the residence dining hall or at the training facilities, in organized group shifts and always under staff supervision. The dining service is managed by a professional catering team that prepares balanced menus tailored to the players’ nutritional needs.

It depends on the program type:

  • Residential Program: includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner.
  • Full-Day Program: includes morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack.
  • Half-Day Program: includes a mid-morning snack or light meal.

Meal times are adjusted to the daily training and activity schedule, ensuring participants maintain a proper and consistent diet throughout the day.

Menus are designed under nutritional supervision and follow a balanced Mediterranean diet adapted to young athletes.

Campus Experience pays special attention to food allergies and intolerances. During registration, parents or guardians must specify any allergies or dietary restrictions so that the kitchen staff and monitors can ensure a safe and appropriate menu.

Personalized menus are prepared for participants with allergies to gluten, lactose, nuts, or other specific foods. The staff is trained in proper food handling to avoid cross-contamination.

Yes. Campus Experience offers pork-free, vegetarian, lactose-free, and Halal options. A Kosher diet is not available.

All dietary requests must be communicated at least 15 days before the program start date to ensure proper coordination with the catering service.

No. For food safety and allergen control reasons, bringing food from outside is not allowed, except in medically justified cases that have been previously approved by the campus coordination team.

Yes. All players eat together with their monitors and teammates, fostering social interaction and team spirit. During meals, staff members supervise to ensure players eat properly and attend to any needs or incidents. Meals are not included in the Half-Day program.

Training sessions are mainly held at Ciudad Real Madrid (Valdebebas), one of the most advanced sports facilities in the world. Depending on the program and dates, other municipal sports centers may also be used, which will be communicated one month in advance.

The technical team is made up of official Real Madrid Foundation coaches, supported by a group of monitors and coordinators specialized in leisure and youth activities.

Campus Experience follows the official Real Madrid Foundation methodology, focused on the comprehensive development of the player, technical, tactical, and personal values.

Each session combines specific drills with team dynamics, aiming to balance soccer improvement with personal growth.

Training sessions are structured in stages: warm-up, technical–tactical development, competition, and final reflection.

Players are grouped according to their age.

Each session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the program.

After every session, players have time for stretching, recovery, and personal hygiene before moving on to the next activity.

In addition to sports sessions, players take part in educational, recreational, and cultural activities called “Experience Activities”, designed to reinforce the program’s core values: leadership, effort, self-discipline, teamwork, and respect.

Residential players also enjoy supervised evening activities such as contests, games, or movie nights.

Yes. All residential programs include a guided visit to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium Tour, where players learn about the club’s history, explore the trophy room, and visit the exhibition areas.

That activity is not included in the general program.

Is there a final ceremony?
Yes. At the end of the program, a closing ceremony is held where players receive an official participation diploma from the Real Madrid Foundation. This event celebrates the attitude, effort, and values demonstrated throughout the week.

Payment for the program is made through the official online registration form, using a credit or debit card. Cash or phone payments are not accepted.

There are two payment options:

  • Full payment: 100% of the total amount is paid at the time of registration.
  • Installment payment: the total amount is divided into three parts:
    • 25% upon registration (to reserve the spot).
    • 50% within the following 30 days.
    • The remaining 25%, 60 days before the start of the program.
The registration is not considered confirmed until the corresponding payment has been received within the established deadlines.
  • If registration is completed less than 60 days before the program start date, the total amount must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, or similar) are accepted. American Express is not always supported by the payment system.

Payment details are entered through a secure gateway, and Campus Experience staff will never request or manage banking information via email or phone.

Once the payment process is completed, the parent or guardian will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the registration. Final confirmation is subject to the complete submission of all required documents before the start of the program.

Find the cancellation policy HERE.

In the event of an official visa denial, and upon presentation of the document issued by the embassy or consulate, the general cancellation conditions will apply.

Yes, but changes must be requested at least 60 calendar days in advance and are subject to availability. If the change is to a program of lower cost, the price difference will not be refunded.

Campus Experience offers special discounts for the following cases:

  • Children of members of the Real Madrid Foundation.
  • Students of the Real Madrid Foundation Sports Schools.
  • Real Madrid members and Madridista Junior cardholders.

No. Discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined.

Yes. When registering for more than one consecutive week:

  • External Campus: 5% discount on each additional week.
  • Residential Campus: 5% discount on each additional week.

If the participant does not make the payment within the established deadlines, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the spot will be released for another player.

Before the start of the program, each participant must submit the following documents through the form or by email:

  • Recent passport-size photo.
  • Birth certificate of the participant.
  • Copy of the participant’s passport or national ID card (not required for children under 14).
  • Copy of the parent’s or legal guardian’s passport or national ID card.
  • Copy of the health insurance or medical card with coverage in Spain.
  • Signed authorizations for participation, image use, and code of conduct by the legal guardian.

Failure to provide any of these documents may prevent the player from participating in the campus.

The documentation must be fully submitted at least 30 days before the start of the program.

If registration is completed within that period, the documents must be sent within a maximum of 72 hours after payment confirmation.

If the documentation is not submitted within the indicated deadline, the participant will not be allowed to attend the campus until the situation is resolved. In such cases, Campus Experience cannot guarantee the reservation of the spot or the timely delivery of materials.

Yes. Campus Experience can issue an official invitation letter for participants who need it to apply for a visa.

This document is issued only in the name of the minor and only once registration has been completed and payment received in full.

No. Invitation letters are issued exclusively in the name of the registered player. Campus Experience does not process or issue travel documents for parents or accompanying persons.

Find the entry requirements for Spain HERE.

If a player shows symptoms or requires medical assistance, a monitor or coordinator will personally accompany them to the healthcare center.

The family will be immediately informed by phone or email, and a medical report or clinical statement will be sent to them.

Yes. All participants are covered by accident insurance that includes:

  • Medical assistance for injuries sustained during program activities.
  • Emergency medical transport.
  • Coverage in case of hospitalization.
  • Civil liability during activities.

However, this insurance does not replace personal medical insurance and does not cover pre-existing conditions, luggage loss, or travel cancellations.

Yes. All players must have medical or travel insurance with coverage in Spain, valid for the entire duration of their stay.

For citizens of the European Union, it is recommended to present the European Health Insurance Card.

International players must present a private insurance policy covering illness, accident, hospitalization, and repatriation.

If a participant requires daily medication, parents or guardians must inform the staff at the time of registration (including dosage and schedule).

On the first day of the program, the medication must be handed to the coordinator or responsible monitor, properly labeled with the player’s name and medical instructions. In addition, parents must provide written authorization allowing the staff to administer the doses.

All medical and personal information is handled with strict confidentiality, in accordance with current data protection regulations (General Data Protection Regulation – EU 2016/679).

Only the medical staff and coordination team have access to this information, which is used solely to ensure the player’s safety and well-being.

  • 1 shirt, 1 pair of shorts, and 1 pair of socks for full day programs.
  • 2 shirts, 2 pairs of shorts, and 2 pairs of socks for residential and MAX programs.

In addition, all participants receive a campus backpack, cap, and reusable water bottle.

The uniform is mandatory during all training sessions and sports activities.

The kit is delivered on the first day of the program, upon the players’ arrival at the training facility or residence.

Players must bring football boots suitable for artificial turf (short studs or turf shoes) and sports sneakers for off-field activities. They should also bring flip-flops or sandals for shower and pool areas.

If a player loses part of their uniform, they must immediately inform their monitor or the equipment manager.

Campus Experience has a small replacement stock for specific cases, but full replacement of lost items cannot be guaranteed.

No. For safety and organizational reasons, campus activities are exclusive to participants.

Campus Experience has a lost and found service.

Found items are kept in the coordination office until the end of each session.

If an item is not claimed during the stay, it will be stored for a maximum of 15 days after the end of the campus. For logistical reasons, lost items are not shipped.

It is recommended that all belongings be labeled with the player’s full name to facilitate their return.

Yes. In case of adverse weather conditions, training sessions are moved to indoor areas or replaced with educational workshops or group activities.

The technical team adjusts the daily schedule to ensure players continue enjoying the program without interruptions.

Before the start of the program, families receive an email with the phone numbers and contact details of the coordination, transportation, and emergency teams.
