Cancellation Policy – Campus Experience Fundación Real Madrid 2027
1. General
1.1 This policy applies to all registrations for the Real Madrid Foundation Campus Experience 2027 (the “Campus” or the “Program”), whether made directly or through authorized agents/partners.
1.2 All requests for cancellation and date changes must be submitted in writing through the official contact channels indicated by the organization.
1.3 Applicable conditions depend on:
- (a) the timing of the cancellation request submission
- (b) whether or not the participant has purchased the Campus Protection Plan (“CPP”).
2. Cancellations within 24 hours of payment
If cancellation of the campus is communicated within 24 hours of payment, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. This clause is applicable provided there are more than 7 calendar days remaining before the start of the Campus.
3. Cancellations more than 60 calendar days prior to Campus start
3.1 Without CPP
If the participant has not purchased the CPP and cancels more than 60 days prior to the Campus start date, the following options will be offered:
- (a) Refund of 70% of the total program cost (excluding the cost of the CPP)
- (b) Date change within the 2027 season in Madrid at no additional cost (subject to availability)
3.2 With CPP
If the participant has purchased the CPP and cancels more than 60 days prior to the Campus start date, the following options will be offered:
- (a) Refund of 100% of the total program cost (excluding the cost of the CPP)
- (b) Date change within the 2027 season in Madrid at no additional cost (subject to availability)
3.3 Additional products and services are 100% refundable (except the CPP).
4. Cancellations between 60 and 30 calendar days prior to Campus start
4.1 Without CPP
If the participant has not purchased the CPP and cancels between 60 and 30 days before the Campus start date:
- (a) No refund will be issued
- (b) Date change during the 2027 season in Madrid at an additional cost of 10% of the program fee (subject to availability)
4.2 With CPP
If the participant has purchased the CPP and cancels between 60 and 30 days before the Campus start date, the following options will be offered:
- (a) Refund of 50% of the total program cost (excluding the cost of the CPP)
- (b) Date change within the 2027 season in Madrid at no additional cost (subject to availability)
4.3 Additional products and services are 100% refundable (except the CPP).
5. Cancellations between 30 and 7 calendar days prior to Campus start
5.1 Without CPP
If the participant has not purchased the CPP and cancels between 30 and 7 days prior to the Campus start date:
- (a) No refund will be issued for the program or contracted extras
- (b) Date change during the 2027 season in Madrid at a cost of 15% of the program fee (subject to availability)
5.2 With CPP
If the participant has purchased the CPP and cancels between 30 and 7 days prior to the Campus start date, the following options will be offered:
- (a) Refund of 10% of the total program cost (excluding the cost of the CPP)
- (b) Date change within the 2027 season in Madrid at no additional cost (subject to availability)
- (c) Additional products and services are 100% refundable (except the CPP)
6. Cancellations less than 7 calendar days prior to Campus start
No refunds or date changes will be granted for requests submitted less than 7 calendar days prior to the start of the Campus, except as provided under clause 8.
7. Cancellations after Campus start / Early departure / Expulsion
7.1 Once the Campus has started, no refunds or date changes will be granted in the event of attendance cancellation, early departure, or expulsion, regardless of the reason, except in the exceptional circumstances described in clause 8 below.
7.2 In the event of voluntary departure by the participant or disciplinary expulsion due to non-compliance with the rules of conduct or internal regulations, no refund or financial compensation will be provided for unused days.
8. Special and Exceptional Cases
8.1 In duly justified exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness or accident of the participant, severe family emergencies, or other force majeure events), the organization may review each case individually.
8.2 In such cases, the participant or their legal representatives must submit the corresponding supporting documentation (medical certificates, official documents, etc.) within the timeframes and through the channels specified by the organization.
8.3 Any decision to grant a full or partial refund, credit, or date change in these exceptional cases shall remain at the sole discretion of the organization (RMF/ST) and shall not set a precedent or create a general right for other participants.
9. Changes to confirmed registrations
9.1 Changes must be requested at least 7 calendar days in advance and will be subject to availability.
9.2 If the change is made to a lower-cost program, the price difference will not be refunded.
