Forms and methods of payment
Campus fees may vary depending on the date of registration and payment.
Payment must be made by Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card (American Express is not accepted) through our private area.
Single payment: 100% of the campus fee will be paid at the time of registration.
Payment in instalments:
- Payment of 60% of the total amount of the campus within a maximum period of 5 calendar days from registration for the place. Otherwise, the registration will be deleted and the participant will lose the place.
- Payment of the remaining 40% before 1 May 2025.
In case of selecting the instalment method, the remaining amount may be modified according to the programme fee at the time of the second payment.
Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation within 5 calendar days following registration, a full refund of 100% of the amount paid will be issued.
In the event of cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the camp:
- If the full amount has been paid: 60% of the amount paid will be refunded. The remaining 40% of the total amount is non-refundable.
- If only 60% of the total amount has been paid: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Free date changes are available for camps held in Madrid in 2025.
In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the camp:
- Free date changes are available for camps held in Madrid in 2025.
Cancellation less than 15 days before the start of the camp: No changes or refunds will be made.
No changes or refunds will be allowed for notifications received after the camp start date.
In the event of withdrawal during the camp: Refunds will only be granted for withdrawals due to duly accredited force majeure, starting from the day after departure:
- €30 per unused day for External Experience Camps.
- €50 per unused day for Internal Camps or External MAX Experience Camps.
- €80 per unused day for Internal Experience Camps or Internal MAX Experience Camps.
In the event of voluntary withdrawal from the camp: No refunds or recovery of unused days will be granted.
In the event of expulsion: No refunds or recovery of unused days will be granted.
VISAS
Cancellation more than 15 days before the start of the camp:
In the event of a visa denial (to a participant) in countries where it is required, and upon presentation of the official document certifying the denial, a 100% refund of the camp fee will be issued.
This clause will not apply if the visa application is made outside the deadlines established by Campus Experience or by each embassy, or if the denial results from misuse or fraudulent use of the materials provided by Campus Experience for this purpose.
Participants who have not yet obtained the required visa may request a change of attendance date by emailing inscripcion@campusexperiencermf.com. This change must be authorised in writing.
In any case will there be a right to a refund for the cost of extra services.
If a refund is necessary, it will be processed at the conclusion of Campus Experience 2025.
Operational costs arising from the refunded amount must be borne directly by the holder of the destination bank account.
Registration changes and errors:
Before registering a participant, it is necessary to review and confirm availability through our web form, as well as the details and dates of each programme in the corresponding section of the website.
Once the registration form is closed, and the available places are filled, we cannot guarantee the participant’s enrolment in the chosen programme.
Any changes or errors in a registration must be notified at least 15 calendar days prior to the start of the programme. Failure to do so will result in no refunds or changes being processed.
In the case of switching to a programme of a lower fee, the difference in price between the two programmes will not be refunded.
