General Information

What is Campus Experience?

Campus Experience is a summer educational program for boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 17, organized by the Real Madrid Foundation. Its goal is to offer a unique learning experience that combines soccer training with educational activities focused on values such as respect, teamwork, equality, self-esteem, motivation, autonomy, and healthy habits. Through training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities, participants develop both their athletic and personal skills in a safe and professional environment.

The camp will take place from June 29 to July 31 at the facilities of Complejo Deportivo Municipal Alhóndiga – Sector III.

As this is an external camp, it is neither necessary nor recommended for participants to bring electronic devices. There is no time or designated space during the camp for their use, and their use is not permitted, as it interferes with the sports, educational, and social dynamics of the program.

For this reason, families are advised not to bring mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches, computers, or other valuable devices, in order to avoid potential loss or incidents.

Yes, as long as both participants are enrolled in the same program, are the same age, and attend during the same dates. This request must be indicated during the registration process in the “comments” or “preferences” section. Although the organizing team will do everything possible to accommodate these requests, placement cannot be guaranteed 100%.

Yes. During registration, you must provide the full name and ID document of the person or people authorized to pick up the minor. At the end of each day, the staff will verify this information and will not release the participant to anyone who is not authorized or who cannot present the ID indicated during registration. If you need to change the person responsible for pick-up, you must notify the campus coordination team by email at least 24 hours in advance.

Yes. If the minor is authorized to leave the campus without an accompanying adult, a signed authorization from the legal guardian must be submitted in advance. This document can be requested by emailing info@campusexperiencermf.com and must be sent at least 24 hours before the child’s departure.

The camp takes place as an external camp from Monday to Friday, and each adult is responsible for dropping off and picking up their child at the facilities.

Camp hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Check-in: from 8:45 a.m.
Check-out: at 6:00 p.m.

As this is a full-day external camp, it includes a mid-morning snack, lunch, and an afternoon snack.

Meal times are adapted to the training sessions and daily activities, ensuring that participants maintain a balanced and consistent diet throughout the day.

Campus Experience pays special attention to food allergies and intolerances. During registration, parents or guardians must specify any allergies or dietary restrictions so that the kitchen staff and monitors can ensure a safe and appropriate menu.

Personalized menus are prepared for participants with allergies to gluten, lactose, nuts, or other specific foods. The staff is trained in proper food handling to avoid cross-contamination.

Yes. Campus Experience offers pork-free, vegetarian, and allergy- or intolerance-adapted meal options (such as lactose-free or gluten-free).

Halal and Kosher meals are not available.

All dietary requests must be communicated at least 30 days prior to the start of the program in order to ensure proper coordination with the catering service.

No. For food safety and allergen control reasons, bringing food from outside is not allowed, except in medically justified cases that have been previously approved by the campus coordination team.

Training sessions take place at the facilities of Complejo Deportivo Municipal Alhóndiga – Sector III.

No visits to or training sessions at Real Madrid Sports City take place as part of this camp.

The camp is staffed by certified coaches endorsed by the Real Madrid Foundation.

During training sessions, participants work following the official methodology of the Real Madrid Foundation. Off the field, these same professionals accompany and supervise participants throughout the rest of the activities and daily camp life, ensuring continuous, consistent, and high-quality support at both the sports and educational levels.

Campus Experience follows the official Real Madrid Foundation methodology, focused on the comprehensive development of the participant, technical, tactical, and personal values.

Each session combines specific drills with team dynamics, aiming to balance soccer improvement with personal growth.

Training sessions are structured in stages: warm-up, technical–tactical development, competition, and final reflection.

Participants are grouped according to their age.

Each session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the program.

After every session, participants have time for stretching, recovery, and personal hygiene before moving on to the next activity.

In addition to the sports training sessions, participants take part in educational, recreational, and cultural activities known as “Experience Activities”. These activities are designed to reinforce the core values of the program: respect, teamwork, equality, self-esteem, motivation, autonomy, and healthy habits.

No. This camp takes place entirely in Getafe, so it does not include outings or visits to Real Madrid Sports City or to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.
Full payment for the program is made in a single installment at the time of registration through the official online form, using a credit or debit card. Cash payments and phone payments are not accepted.

Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, or similar) are accepted. American Express is not always supported by the payment system.

Payment details are entered through a secure gateway, and Campus Experience staff will never request or manage banking information via email or phone.

Once the payment process is completed, the parent or guardian will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the registration. Final confirmation is subject to the complete submission of all required documents before the start of the program.

If registration is completed within that period, the documents must be sent within a maximum of 72 hours after payment confirmation.

If the documentation is not submitted within the indicated deadline, the participant will not be allowed to attend the campus until the situation is resolved. In such cases, Campus Experience cannot guarantee the reservation of the spot or the timely delivery of materials.

Yes. All participants are covered by accident insurance that includes:

  • Medical assistance for injuries sustained during program activities.

On the first day of the program, the medication must be handed to the coordinator or responsible monitor, properly labeled with the participant’s name and medical instructions. In addition, parents must provide written authorization allowing the staff to administer the doses.

All medical and personal information is handled with strict confidentiality, in accordance with current data protection regulations (General Data Protection Regulation – EU 2016/679).
