On Friday, Real Madrid Foundation Campus Experience, held at the facilities of Salamanca’s Helmántico Stadium for the first time, drew to a close. It was an intensive, activity-packed week that thrilled its young participants and concluded with a closing ceremony in which they were awarded their commemorative diplomas. The event was attended by the children’s parents, as well as by Carlos Martín, of Helmántico Stadium, who thanked the organisers for running the event and offered them the use of the stadium in future years.
While the Campus Experience was going on, the children took part in all sorts of football-related activities and played matches in Helmántico Stadium, but they also got to know the values of the best club in the world. They went swimming every day too and, on the Wednesday, enjoyed an unforgettable visit to Madrid, where they had a unique opportunity to train at Valdebebas and have a tour of the Bernabéu.
