We have several additional services at the Real Madrid Foundation Campus Experience, which will make your child’s stay at our camp an experience they will never forget.

Payment methods

Payment must be made by Visa or Mastercard credit card (American Express is not accepted).

• Single payment: 100% of the campus fee will be paid at the time of registration. 
• Installment Payment
  • Payment of 30% of total amount of the campus within a maximum period of 5 calendar days from registration as a place reservation (non-refundable). If this is not the case, the registration will be deleted and the participant will lose the place.
  • Payment of the remaining 70% before May 1st , 2024.

Policy of returns:

• Cancellations of enrolment within 5 calendar days after payment, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• Cancellations longer than 30 days before the campus start date:
  • If payment has beed made in full: 70% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  • If only 30% of the total amount has been paid: no amount will be refunded (the place reservation is non-refundable).
  • Voucher to use in the 2025 season for campuses developed in Madrid.
  • A registration may be postponed only once and to the following season as long as there is advance notice of at least 15 calendar days before the start of the campus (except due to to force majeure). In case of non-attendance, the cancellation policy in force must be assumed.
  • Free date change for campuses developed in Madrid in 2024.

• Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the campus:
  • Voucher for use in the 2025 season for campuses developed in Madrid.
  • A registration may be postponed only once and to the following season as long as there is advance notice of at least 15 calendar days before the start of the campus (except due to foce majeure). In case of non-attendance, the cancellation policy in force must be assumed.
  • Free date change for campuses developed in Madrid in 2024.
  • Notifications after the campus start date, no changes or returns can be made.

• Casualties during campus development: you will have the right to a refund only in case of cancellation due to duly accredited force majeure starting from the day after departure.
  • €30 per day not enjoyed in the case of External Campus Experiences
  • €50 per day not enjoyed in the case of the Internal Campus or External Campus Experience MAX
  • €80 per day not enjoyed in the case of Campus Experience or Campus Experience MAX Internal

No amounts reimbursed if a participant chooses to voluntarily leave the camps.

In case of expulsion there will be no right to any refund, nor to the recovery of days not enjoyed.

VISAS

• Cancellation more than 15 days before the start of the campus:

• • In the case of a visa denial (to a participant) in the countries that require it and upon presentation of the official document that accredits it, 100% of the campus fee will be refunded.
  • This clause will not be applicable either in the event that the visa request is made outside the deadlines established by Campus Experience or by each embassy or in the event that it arises from the misuse or fraudulent use of the material provided by Campus Experience to such effect.
  • Those participants who have not yet obtained the corresponding visa may request a change of attendance date to inscripcion@campusexperiencermf.com (both for campuses developed in 2024 and for campuses developed in 2025), which must be authorized in writing.

• Cancellation less than 15 days before the start of the campus:

• • No exchange or refund will be made.

In no case will there be a right to a refund of the amount of extra services.

If a refund is necessary, it will be effective at the end of Campus Experience 2024.

The operating costs arising from the amount to be returned must be assumed directly by the owner of the destination bank account.

Changes and registration errors:

All changes or errors to a registration must be notified within 10 days prior to the programme start date; otherwise, no amounts can be returned and 100% of the amount due for the earlier programme must be paid.

The Campus attendance date must be changed if participants fail to obtain the corresponding Visa 15 days prior to the programme start date. If it is not possible to change the date and if the participant is unable to attend or can only attend part of a campus, the total campus amount will not be reimbursed and the overhead fixed costs for campus preparation incurred by the organisation will be charged. With notice of less than 7 calendar days, no change will be made either.
