At Real Madrid Sports City (Valdebebas)
As this is an external camp with a half-day program, it is neither necessary nor recommended for participants to bring electronic devices. There is no time or designated space during the camp for their use, and their use is not permitted, as it interferes with the sports, educational, and social dynamics of the program.
For this reason, families are advised not to bring mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches, computers, or other valuable devices, in order to avoid potential loss or incidents.
Yes, as long as both participants are enrolled in the same program, are the same age, and attend during the same dates. This request must be indicated during the registration process in the “comments” or “preferences” section. Although the organizing team will do everything possible to accommodate these requests, placement cannot be guaranteed 100%.
Yes. If the minor is authorized to leave the campus without an accompanying adult, a signed authorization from the legal guardian must be submitted in advance. This document can be requested by emailing info@campusexperiencermf.com and must be sent at least 24 hours before the child’s departure.
The campus takes place as an external camp with the following daily schedule:
Campus hours: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Check-in: from 8:45 a.m.
Check-out: at 1:00 p.m.
Families must accompany participants to the designated meeting point during both check-in and check-out.
As this is a half-day camp, it includes a mid-morning snack.
Campus Experience pays special attention to food allergies and intolerances. During registration, parents or guardians must specify any allergies or dietary restrictions so that the kitchen staff and monitors can ensure a safe and appropriate menu.
Personalized menus are prepared for participants with allergies to gluten, lactose, nuts, or other specific foods. The staff is trained in proper food handling to avoid cross-contamination.
Yes. Campus Experience offers pork-free, vegetarian, and allergy- or intolerance-adapted meal options (such as lactose-free or gluten-free).
Halal and Kosher meals are not available.
All dietary requests must be communicated at least 30 days prior to the start of the program in order to ensure proper arrangements can be made.
No. For food safety and allergen control reasons, bringing food from outside is not allowed, except in medically justified cases that have been previously approved by the campus coordination team.
The camp is staffed by certified coaches endorsed by the Real Madrid Foundation.
During training sessions, participants follow the official Real Madrid Foundation methodology. Off the field, these same professionals accompany and supervise participants throughout all activities and daily camp life, ensuring continuous, consistent, and high-quality support at both the sports and educational levels.
Campus Experience follows the official Real Madrid Foundation methodology, focused on the comprehensive development of the participant, technical, tactical, and personal values.
Each session combines specific drills with team dynamics, aiming to balance soccer improvement with personal growth.
Training sessions are structured in stages: warm-up, technical–tactical development, competition, and final reflection.
Participants are grouped according to their age.
Participants will have two training sessions, each lasting one hour.
In addition to the sports training sessions, participants take part in educational, recreational, and cultural activities known as “Experience Activities.” These activities are designed to reinforce the core values of the program: respect, teamwork, equality, self-esteem, motivation, autonomy, and healthy habits.
That activity is not included in the general program.
Is there a final ceremony?
Yes. At the end of the program, a closing ceremony is held where participants receive an official participation diploma from the Real Madrid Foundation. This event celebrates the attitude, effort, and values demonstrated throughout the week.
Full payment for the program is made in a single installment at the time of registration through the official online form, using a credit or debit card. Cash payments and phone payments are not accepted.
Credit and debit cards (Visa or MasterCard) are accepted. Payment with American Express is not permitted.
Payment details are entered through a secure gateway, and Campus Experience staff will never request or manage banking information via email or phone.
Once the payment process is completed, the parent or guardian will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the registration. Final confirmation is subject to the complete submission of all required documents before the start of the program.

Yes. When registering for more than one consecutive week:
If the participant does not make the payment within the established deadlines, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the spot will be released for another participant.
Before the start of the program, each participant must submit the following documents through the form or by email:
Failure to provide any of these documents may prevent the participant from participating in the campus.
The documentation must be fully submitted at least 30 days before the start of the program.
If registration is completed within that period, the documents must be sent within a maximum of 72 hours after payment confirmation.
If the documentation is not submitted within the indicated deadline, the participant will not be allowed to attend the campus until the situation is resolved. In such cases, Campus Experience cannot guarantee the reservation of the spot or the timely delivery of materials.
If a participant shows symptoms or requires medical assistance, a monitor or coordinator will personally accompany them to the healthcare center.
The family will be immediately informed by phone or email, and a medical report or clinical statement will be sent to them.
Yes. All participants are covered by accident insurance that includes:
However, this insurance does not replace personal medical insurance and does not cover pre-existing conditions, luggage loss, or travel cancellations.
Yes. All participants must have medical or travel insurance with coverage in Spain, valid for the entire duration of their stay.
For citizens of the European Union, it is recommended to present the European Health Insurance Card.
International participants must present a private insurance policy covering illness, accident, hospitalization, and repatriation.
If a participant requires daily medication, parents or guardians must inform the staff at the time of registration (including dosage and schedule).
On the first day of the program, the medication must be handed to the coordinator or responsible monitor, properly labeled with the participant’s name and medical instructions. In addition, parents must provide written authorization allowing the staff to administer the doses.
All medical and personal information is handled with strict confidentiality, in accordance with current data protection regulations (General Data Protection Regulation – EU 2016/679).
Only the medical staff and coordination team have access to this information, which is used solely to ensure the participant’s safety and well-being.
All participants also receive a backpack, cap, and reusable water bottle. Wearing the official uniform is mandatory for all training sessions and sports activities.
The kit is delivered on the first day of the program, upon the participants’ arrival at the training facility or residence.
Participants must bring football boots suitable for artificial turf (short studs or turf shoes) and sports sneakers for off-field activities. They should also bring flip-flops or sandals for shower and pool areas.
No. For safety and organizational reasons, campus activities are exclusive to participants.
Campus Experience has a lost-and-found service, although the recovery of lost items cannot be guaranteed.
Found items are kept in the coordination office until the end of the week.
If the item is not claimed during the stay, it will be kept for a maximum of 15 days after the program ends.
Due to logistical reasons, lost items cannot be shipped.
Labeling all belongings with the participant’s full name is strongly recommended to facilitate their return.
Yes. In case of adverse weather conditions, training sessions are moved to indoor areas or replaced with educational workshops or group activities.
The technical team adjusts the daily schedule to ensure participants continue enjoying the program without interruptions.
