You or, as the case may be, your legal representative, are hereby informed pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR ), as well as Spanish legislation in force, that this personal data will be included in the Data Protection System pertaining to Fundación Real Madrid [FRM], with Corporate Tax ID G81828493 and registered office at No. 1, Avenida Concha Espina in Madrid 28036. The aforesaid data will be processed to manage your involvement in the activity you are registering for, including payment management and/or receipt management purposes and administration of the compulsory insurance associated with that activity. FRM may pass on the necessary personal data to medical insurance company Sanitas for inclusion under the FRM insurance policy.
You are similarly deemed to consent to your identity details being processed and transferred. Your personal data will be kept for as long as consent is granted or, as the case may be, for the period of time established for each of the legal obligations arising from the data processing to which you have agreed.
You may revoke authorisation granted herein for processing and transferring your personal data at any time, as established in data protection law, and you may also exercise your rights to access, correct, oppose, limit, delete or port your data, and, in all matters not related to computerised decisions, may raise these issues in writing to Fundación Real Madrid (Av. Concha Espina, 1. 28036 Madrid) or by sending an email to the following address: campusderechosarco.fundacion@corp.realmadrid.com.
Please also be informed that you may bring a claim before the Supervising Body, the Spanish Data Protection Agency .
Additionally, in instances of capturing and processing the beneficiary image and/or voice, and pursuant to Basic Law 1/1982, of May, on the Civil Protection of the Right to Honour, Privacy and Own Image, you or, as the case may be, your legal representative, must expressly consent and mark the corresponding box on the consent forms, permitting FRM to record your image and/or voice, as a consequence of FRM promotional actions. Those images and recordings may be published on social media, in multiple media: TV, radio, Internet, video, etc. as well as other channels such as Fundación Real Madrid magazines, business report, leaflets, announcements, advertising posters, etc. Likewise, the gift-photograph is also subject to prior agreement to the image and/or voice processing.
You are hereby informed, pursuant to Basic Law 1/1982, that consent for minors and persons with disabilities must be given by the latter directly if they are sufficiently mature, in accordance with civil law. In all other instances, consent must be granted in writing by the legal representative; the latter is obliged to inform the Spanish Tax Authorities in advance of the intended consent.
If the person concerned, or as the case may be, his or her legal representative, does not consent to recordings of his or her voice and image, or for those data to be processed, that person shall automatically be unable to take part in the recordings or capturing of images carried out by Campus Experience Fundación Real Madrid.
