This year, the Campus Experience, at Real Madrid City in Valdebebas, will once again play host to boys and girls ready for an unforgettable experience. Under the guidance of specialised coaches, participants will be immersed in an exceptional training programme. With carefully designed sessions, they will not only perfect technical, tactical and physical skills, but also internalise the distinctive values of the club.

    Add additional services

    What are the additional services?

    We have several additional services at the Real Madrid Foundation Campus Experience, which will make your child’s stay at our camp an experience they will never forget.

    Additional night before or after the camp.

    The residential camps end on Saturday and start on Sunday. For any participants who do want to or cannot return home on those days, we offer the extra night service for 100€, during which the participant will still be looked after by a supervisor, with extra activities and care included.

    The activities to be carried out will depend on the number of children that remain on campus. In principle it is a weekend of rest during which they will be supervised by our staff 24 hours a day and during which different recreational activities will be carried out.

    This service is NOT necessary for the Saturday to Sunday night in the middle of a two-week camp.

    This service is not included in the camp price and it will be available

    When registering for two “Residential Camp 1 week” or “MAX Residential camp 1 week” programmes for boarders that do not coincide with a two-week block, or to register two “Residential Camp 2 weeks” or “MAX Residential Camp 2 weeks” `programs, you will be able to buy an extra night between the two camps if you are not able to pick up the participant between them.

    This service is not included in the camp price.

    Price: 100€

    This service is exclusively for Campus experience boarders.

    If the participant is expected to be travelling alone, we have an additional service in which a Campus Experience team will be responsible for meeting the participant at the arrivals terminal and taking them directly to the accommodation, where they will be accompanied by supervisors and any other children who have already arrived.

    Likewise, Campus Experience staff will, at the agreed time, be responsible for taking the participant to the airport (or other mode of transport) to return home.

    This service consists of:

    • Collection from the airport, or bus or train station by Campus Experience supervisors.
    • Travel insurance is included.
    • Transfer to the accommodation in transportation owned by Campus Experience.
    • Transfer from the accommodation to the airport, or bus or train station, accompanied at all times.
    • The supervisor accompanies the participant to the appointed place for meeting the flight attendants for accompanying minors, who then take charge of the child.

    To organise this service, we need you to send us a series of documents with all the complete information on the flight, along with proof that you have paid the price supplement for the service.

    This service is not included in the camp price.

    • Return price (arrivals and/or departures between 9:00h and 21:00h): 300€
    • One-way price (arrivals and/or departures between 9:00h and 21:00h): 150€
    • Extra price (arrivals and/or departures before 9:00h and after 21:00h): 75€ per journey

    In the case of wanting an additional kit to the one included in the Welcome Pack, one or more extra kits can be purchased during the registration process.

    The extra kits include: T-shirt, shorts and socks

    (we cannot guarantee that the kits will be the same).

    Price: 58€/unit (VAT incl.)

    For the Campus Experience Half-day Camps, with the meeting point in Valdebebas, we have an extra lunch service. Participants will have lunch at de camp and will be picked up at 2:00 p.m. in Valdebebas.

    Price: € 75 / week (not available on single days)

    For those participants of the Half-Day External Campus who wish to establish the Santiago Bernabéu area (Doctor Fleming Street, 15) as a meeting point, with a departure time of 08.15 and return at 13.30.

    This extra service can be contracted during the registration process (Service subject to availability).

    Price: 55€/week (not available on single days)

    The meeting point service at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and lunch are not compatible.

    Campus Experience has a huge internal organizations and logistic in order to bring the poarticipants the best Experience
    Because of that, this extra cost will be added to every additional service purchased less than 72h before the Campus starts

    Price: 75€

    In the case of wanting an additional backpack, or several, to the one included in the Welcome Pack, they can be purchased during the registration process.

    Price: €29/unit (VAT incl.)

    The request for an extra backpack and its payment must always be made at least 15 days before the start of the campus and as long as there is availability of stock.

    Forms and methods of payment

    Campus fees may vary depending on the date of registration and payment.

    Payment must be made by Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card (American Express is not accepted) through our private area.

    Single payment: 100% of the campus fee will be paid at the time of registration.

    Payment in instalments:

    • Payment of 60% of the total amount of the campus within a maximum period of 5 calendar days from registration for the place. Otherwise, the registration will be deleted and the participant will lose the place.
    • Payment of the remaining 40% before 1 May 2025.

    In case of selecting the instalment method, the remaining amount may be modified according to the programme fee at the time of the second payment.

    Refund Policy

    In the event of cancellation within 5 calendar days after registration, a full refund of 100% of the amount paid will be issued.

    In the event of cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the camp:

    • If the full amount has been paid: 60% of the amount paid will be refunded. The remaining 40% of the total amount is non-refundable.
    • If only 60% of the total amount has been paid: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
    • Free date changes are available for camps held in Madrid in 2025.

    In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the camp:

    • Free date changes are available for camps held in Madrid in 2025.

    Cancellation less than 15 days before the start of the camp: No changes or refunds will be made.

    No changes or refunds will be allowed for notifications received after the camp start date.

    In the event of withdrawal during the camp: Refunds will only be granted for withdrawals due to duly accredited force majeure, starting from the day after departure:

    • €30 per unused day for External Experience Camps.
    • €50 per unused day for Internal Camps or External MAX Experience Camps.
    • €80 per unused day for Internal Experience Camps or Internal MAX Experience Camps.

    In the event of voluntary withdrawal from the camp: No refunds or recovery of unused days will be granted.

    In the event of expulsion: No refunds or recovery of unused days will be granted.

    VISAS

    Cancellation more than 15 days before the start of the camp:

    In the event of a visa denial (to a participant) in countries where it is required, and upon presentation of the official document certifying the denial, a 100% refund of the camp fee will be issued.

    This clause will not apply if the visa application is made outside the deadlines established by Campus Experience or by each embassy, or if the denial results from misuse or fraudulent use of the materials provided by Campus Experience for this purpose.

    Participants who have not yet obtained the required visa may request a change of attendance date by emailing inscripcion@campusexperiencermf.com. This change must be authorised in writing.

    In any case will there be a right to a refund for the cost of extra services.

    If a refund is necessary, it will be processed at the conclusion of Campus Experience 2025.

    Operational costs arising from the refunded amount must be borne directly by the holder of the destination bank account.

    Registration changes and errors:

    Before registering a participant, it is necessary to review and confirm availability through our web form, as well as the details and dates of each programme in the corresponding section of the website.
    Once the registration form is closed, and the available places are filled, we cannot guarantee the participant’s enrolment in the chosen programme.

    Any changes or errors in a registration must be notified at least 15 calendar days prior to the start of the programme. Failure to do so will result in no refunds or changes being processed.

    In the case of switching to a programme of a lower fee, the difference in price between the two programmes will not be refunded.

    REAL MADRID CITY, VALDEBEBAS

    The largest sports facility ever built by a football club.
    Spread over 1,200,000 m², with 12 football pitches, classrooms, changing rooms, a medical centre and a canteen.

    UNIVERDIDAD AUTÓNOMA DE MADRID

    This residence is located on the campus of the University itself. It has TV rooms, laundry, dining room and night surveillance. The double rooms have their own bathroom and Internet access.
