More than 70 children between the ages of 7 and 17 were fortunate to participate in the first edition of the Campus Experience in Calgary, Alberta. The camp was held at the Calgary Soccer Center facility from July 24 to 28.
The participants enjoyed an unforgettable experience of fun and education while living their passion for soccer.
During the training and educational activities, the kids learned the five core values of Campus Experience: leadership, self-control, respect, teamwork and effort. These values will not only help them to improve on the pitch, but also in their integral formation as people.
Vanessa Gaspar, representative of KRAKR Sports Ltd, official partner of Campus Experience Canada, said: “It has been an honor to be able to bring the Campus Experience to Canada, so that many children fulfilled the dream of training as the players of the best team in the world do”.
In an emotional closing ceremony where La Decima anthem was heard, the Real Madrid Foundation’s monitors and coaches handed out certificates and memory photos to the participants.
Without a doubt, the Campus Experience of the Real Madrid Foundation gives soccer enthusiasts the opportunity to experience a unique Madridista atmosphere.
