1. PROMOTION
The promoter and responsible for the personal data file of the present Promotion is the Campus and Sports Events S.A. team with CIF A-86756988, domiciled at Guzmán el Bueno street, 100, 28003, Madrid.
All natural users over 16 years of age or individuals over 18 years of age representing minors may participate.
The mere participation in this Promotion implies the acceptance of the present conditions, so the manifestation in the sense of non-acceptance of all or part of them implies the exclusion of the participant and as a consequence of it, Campus Experience Real Madrid Foundation shall be released from any obligation towards such participant.
Neither Instagram, Twitter, TikTok nor Facebook sponsor, endorse, nor administer this promotion nor are associated with it.
2. DATES AND PERIOD OF THE PROMOTION.
The “LAUNCHING” Promotion will be active from 00:01h on October 22nd, 2024 until 23:59h on November 5th, 2024.
3. FORMALIZATION OF PROMOTION AND RESERVATION OF PLACE.
To participate and benefit from the present Promotion, users must formalize their registration to Campus Experience in our system (see point 4, programs applicable to the promotion) by applying the code LAUNCHING and make the payment to the account indicated within the established deadlines (before 23:59h on November 5th 2024).
If after 5 working days from the end of the promotion (until 23:59h on November 5th 2024) the deposit of the reservation of place (minimum 30% of the total amount of the registration) by credit/debit card through our payment gateway has not been made it will be understood that the user does not accept the present conditions and will lose immediately any acquired right of this Promotion.

*Not applicable with Madridista Card or Member Card.
4. PROGRAMS APPLICABLE TO THE PROMOTION
This promotion does NOT apply to half-day programmes.
This Promotion is applicable upon completion of registration for the edition starting on 1 June 2025.
5. DISCOUNT
The promotion offered by Campus Experience is a 10% discount on the registration completed by each user as long as the indicated deadline and the application of the promotion code are respected.
Those participants who sign up applying the “LAUNCHING” code respecting the deadlines indicated and the conditions of the promotion will get the discount.
