From Campus Experience Real Madrid Foundation, on #FriendshipDay we team up with PlayStation® Talents and The Global Esports Academy to raffle 5 sets of the video game Treasure Rangers, where friendship, inclusion and diversity are the protagonists.
1. THE PROMOTION
The promoter and responsible for the personal data file of the sweepstakes is the Campus and Sports Events S.A. team with CIF A-86756988, domiciled in Calle Guzmán el Bueno, 100, 28003, Madrid.
In order to promote its visibility in social networks and the interaction with its audience, the Campus Experience Real Madrid Foundation team plans to run a contest through the EasyPromos application that will be developed in accordance with the following rules.
The participation in the giveaway is free and all individuals over 16 years of age, or persons over 18 years of age representing minors residing in Spain, may participate.
The participation implies the total and absolute approval of these rules and will automatically disqualify people with the intention of harming or damaging the image of the contest.
Neither Twitter, Instagram nor Facebook sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion, nor are they associated with it.
2. GIVEAWAY DATES
The contest is open to all participants over the age of 16, or to those of legal age representing minors who are eligible for the prize.
Participation will be active from 00:01 am on July 30th, 2021 until 11:59 pm on August 12th, 2021.
3. DESCRIPTION OF THE GIVEAWAY
To participate and join the contest, users must FOLLOW/be followers of @Experience_Camp, @PSTalents y @GEsportsAcademy on Twitter, ANSWER explaining what friendship means to them in one sentence and MENTION 3 friends. Multiple participation per person will be accepted, in other words, one person will be able to participate more than once in the contest. The 5 winners will be chosen randomly through the EasyPromos application mentioned above and in case of not being able to contact the winners within 10 days from the first contact attempt or if the winner renounces the prize, a new winner will be selected, losing the previous winner’s right to claim the prize.
The Campus Experience Real Madrid Foundation staff will contact the winners through their Twitter profile to ask for their contact information and proceed to send the prize.
In addition, the name of the winners will be announced through Campus Experience’s Twitter profile.
4. PRIZE
The prize offered by Campus Experience, in collaboration with PlayStation® Talents and The Global Esports Academy are 5 sets of codes for the video game Treasure Rangers.
As a winner you will receive 4 codes:
– 1 code for you
– 3 codes to share with the 3 friends mentioned in the selected tweet.
In total, 5 lots of 4 codes each are drawn: a total of 20 codes. On #FriendshipDaywe want you to share your prizes with your friends. Therefore, each winner will receive 4 codes to share with their 3 mentioned friends.
The names of the winners will be published on the 13th of August 2021 in the Campus Experience Real Madrid Foundation Twitter account.
5. NOTIFICATION TO THE WINNERS
Once the winners are known, the Campus Experience Real Madrid Foundation staff will announce the name of the winner in the @Experience_Camp twitter profile on August 13th. By accepting these rules, participants give their consent for Campus Experience to publish their name (or Twitter identity) on Twitter.
After having done the giveaway, the corresponding verifications will be carried out to corroborate that the selected persons fulfill all the requirements. Otherwise, you must renounce the prize and a new winner selection will be made.
6. WINNER’S IMAGE AND/OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Winners agree that their Twitter username and public profile photo may be published on profiles and other websites of the organization to communicate the winners of the giveaway.
Data Retention: The data controller will only retain the data when it is necessary to carry out follow-up actions of the event, taking into account the purposes of the personal data treatment.
