Cartagena will host for the first time Campus Experience Real Madrid Foundation
On Thursday June 17th 2021, Campus Experience Real Madrid Foundation Cartagena was presented at the Palacio Consistorial in association with the Cartagena City Council and the Council for Sports. For the first time in Cartagena and during 5 days, between July 5th to 9th, Campus Experience Real Madrid Foundation will take place in this municipality, a proposal aimed at boys and girls from 6 to 14 years old, which will be developed at the Municipal Field José Samper de Molinos Marfagones, and has 200 seats available.
During the presentation ceremony, in addition to our CEO of Campus Experience Real Madrid Foundation, Mr. Joaquín Sagués and Mr. Félix González Arguelles, responsible for the Institutional Relations of Real Madrid Foundation; the deputy councillor for Sports, Mr. Diego Ortega, joined the event. Mr. Joaquín Sagués, explained that Campus Experience is an “educational and training project for children where football is not the aim, but a tool to work on values. Our CEO also appreciated the collaboration of the City Council and the sponsors that helped to lower the cost of the program for the families. On the other hand, Sports Councillor, Mr. Diego Ortega pointed out that “it is always positive to link the image of the municipality to a group of champions and full of values like Real Madrid, in a city where there are thousands of fans. The children and young people of Cartagena will be happy to participate in this experience, which at the same time is a stimulus for the economy, and even tourism”.
Campus Experience Real Madrid Foundation collaborates with Cartagena City Council and the Council for Sports to promote sports coexistence for educational and recreational purposes and offer a unique and differentiated experience in Cartagena that combines training in values, leisure and football through a half-day program, from 9:00 to 14:00 which includes football training conducted by coaches from the Real Madrid Foundation and leisure Experience Activities. The aim of this project is to share the values associated with Real Madrid, such as leadership, self-control, teamwork, effort and respect through football and other training activities.
