OLIVER, NEW TECHNOLOGICAL PARTNER 2021
In the midst of preparations for the 2021 edition and following our commitment to offer an innovative experience every summer, we share great news that will definitely help us to continue on the path of excellence. From Campus Experience Fundación Real Madrid, we join forces with OLIVER, our new Technology Partner 2021, with the aim of enhancing the experience of our participants and promoting complete training at the highest level.
OLIVER is an intelligent device that through a multitude of sensors, sports science and a mobile app provides key information about the real-time performance of participants, allows them to improve their talent evolution and promotes injury prevention. Its operation is very simple: the device ‘OLI”, which is placed on the shin guard of the participants, collects information while the participant is on the field. The wide range of soccer metrics and improvement recommendations are automatically sent to the platform and can be sync, visualized and analyzed deeply by players, coaches and parents through the app and the web.
The incorporation into our team means an increase in the quality of our training by integrating technology, innovation and precision into our High Performance programs. Among the metrics that Oliver will collect and analyze from our participants, we highlight:
– SOCCER METRICS: kick, kick power, ball possession and heat map.
– ATHLETIC METRICS: activity time, distance covered, speed, acceleration and deceleration, sprints and session intensity.
– HEALTH MONITORING: perceived effort and injury risk.
