1. PROMOTION
The promoter and responsible for the personal data file of White Friday 2022 is the team of Campus and Sports Events S.A. with CIF A-86756988, based in Calle Guzmán el Bueno, 100, 28003, Madrid.
All natural persons over 16 years of age or individuals over 18 years of age representing minors may participate.
The mere participation in this Promotion implies the acceptance of the present conditions, so the manifestation in the sense of non-acceptance of all or part of them implies the exclusion of the participant and as a consequence of it, Campus Experience Real Madrid Foundation shall be released from any obligation towards such participant.
Neither Instagram, Twitter nor Facebook sponsor, endorse, nor administer this promotion nor are associated with it.
2. DATES AND PERIOD OF THE PROMOTION.
The White Friday 2022 will be active from 00:01h on November 22rd, 2021 until 23:59h on November 26th, 2021.
3. FORMALIZATION OF PROMOTION AND RESERVATION OF PLACE.
To participate and benefit from the promotion, users must formalize their registration to Campus Experience in our system (see point 4, programs applicable to the promotion) by applying the code WFRIDAY22 and make the payment to the account indicated within the established deadlines (before 23:59h on November 26th 2021).
If after 5 working days from the end of the promotion (until 23:59h on November 30th 2021) the deposit of the reservation of place (minimum 30% of the total amount of the registration) by credit/debit card through our payment gateway has not been made it will be understood that the user does not accept the present conditions and will lose immediately any acquired right of this Promotion.

4. PROGRAMS APPLICABLE TO THE PROMOTION
This Promotion is applicable only when enrolling in one of the following programs: ‘Campus Experience Residential Camp’, ‘Campus Experience Day Camp’, Goalkeepers Residential Camp’, Goalkeepers Day Camp’, ‘High Performance Residential Camp’, ‘High Performance Day Camp’, ‘Goalkeepers High Performance Residential Cam, ‘Goalkeepers High Performance Day Camp’, Football and Gaming Residential Camp’, and Football and Gaming Day Camp’, for the edition starting on June 19th, 2022. It is not applicable to other programs published on this website or to other editions of Campus Experience Real Madrid Foundation. Therefore, the program of ‘Campus Experience Half-Day” is excluded from this promotion.
5. PRIZE OF PROMOTION
The gift offered by Campus Experience is extra sport material according to the registration completed by each user.
– Those participants who sign up for a RESIDENTIAL CAMP PROGRAM OF CAMPUS EXPERIENCE will get a GIFT OFFICIAL CAMPUS EXPERIENCE FOOTBALL KIT, provided that the indicated deadline and the application of the promotion code are respected.
– Those participants who sign up for an DAY CAMP PROGRAM OF CAMPUS EXPERIENCE will get a GIFT TRAINING T-SHIRT, provided that the indicated deadline is respected and through the application of the promotion code.
6. DELIVERY OF GIFTS TO BENEFICIARIES
Once the promotion is finished and the gifts assigned, the Campus Experience team will manage the delivery of the gift [official Campus Experience football kit or training t-shirt; according to the type of registration], the first day of the Campus to which they have registered for summer 2022.
In the event that the participant doesn’t finally attend Campus Experience 2022, the organization will NOT be responsible for sending the gift corresponding to the White Friday promotion. The participant (or his/her legal representative) must manage the collection of such sport material and coordinate with the organization.
