- Running: in football training, children run a lot, which develops their lung capacity, increases their musculature, improves their immune system and their capacity and physical condition.
- Jump and Dodge: on the football field there are always other players who want to take the play away from you. Play requires children to jump, dodge, and change gears, improving agility, responsiveness, and decision-making.
