Why are the supervisors essential during the summer?
Coaches and counselors are the main support for all children during the development of Campus Experience Real Madrid Foundation. Their figure is key to the proper functioning and organization of summer campuses and, at the same time, they are a perfect tool to offer participants new experiences, training and fun. These counselors ensure the safety and well-being of children, coordinate and supervise leisure and sports activities, promote integration and transmit education in values of our Campus.
During the summer, the supervisors become the main referents of the children, since with them they enjoy, share, grow and learn every day. Our camp counselors are characterized by their close attachment and passion for sport; extensive experience and knowledge of children’s sport; ability to plan and organize; ability to motivate and encourage; predisposition to protect, assist and convey safety; high capacity for communication, listening and observation; coping with and resolving conflicts; professionalism in socio-sporting activities; and capacity to train and transmit values.
